    Responsibilities


    • The role is accountable to drive new business development preferably with specialties and innovations (not specked in products in customers), particularly in Heart and Belly accounts

    • Overall NBD in defined accounts / market / geography / technology

    • Understand customers' value drivers, prepare persuasive tailor made- pitch Clariant solutions and introduce new products into customers

    • Create and follow-up leads & opportunities with defined customers

    • CRM pipeline and manage opportunity funnel steps (info, sample, first price quotation, approval process, coordinate dossiers, 1st sales, etc.)

    • Close relationship with customer technical areas

    • The role operates in a coordinated team set-up composed by: AM and BD;

    • Support distributors with trainings and expertise sharing when needed

    • Provide inputs to regional / global innovation and marketing teams regarding market needs and market potential

    Requirements

  • Bachelor, chemistry or business background
  • More than 8 years working experience
  • Sales drive & achievement motivation, customization & value creation, simplifying and conveying complex information, adaptability & resilience & agility, persuading & influencing
