- Integrate the resources of the group company, achieve budget and strategic goals;
- Provide solutions for international engineering project logistics based on the customer and business needs of the group company;
- Responsible for market development and business acceptance of the company's international engineering project logistics business, leading the team to expand international engineering project logistics business, and achieving established business goals;
- Familiar with the various operational aspects and technical requirements of the international engineering logistics sector, responsible for the development and implementation of international engineering logistics project implementation plans, and ensuring the orderly progress of the project;
- Responsible for tracking and collecting accounts receivable for international engineering logistics business;
- Proven track record in Projects Operations / Sales
- Experience in working in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English writing and speaking, Russian will be an advantage
- Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and energy, result-oriented mindset
