- Market Study and Strategy build-up for Greater China Textile & Fashion:
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the Textile, Apparel, and Fashion manufacturing industries.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new customers and expand existing ones.
- Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and provide solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Closely work with sales teams to develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Work with sales teams to negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Portfolio and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products and introduce new solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation to stay ahead in the market.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business development plan.
- Drive business growth with GCN Textile & Fashion team to achieve KP target. 35%
- Initiate innovation request and actively participate in new product launch and portfolio strategy management, lead & drive critical projects. 25%
- Build up comprehensive customer road mapping and mid-long-term plan by closely work with sales team. 25%
- Closely work with brand owners/representatives and good collaboration on cross-country/region topics. 15%
- Bachelor's Degree and above, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer Materials.
- Good communication skills and quick thinking.
- More than 5 years working experience, familiar with the adhesive or textile industry.
- Good English, both spoken and written.
