- Portfolio strategy for the short, mid and long terms for our solutions (products, technical services, consulting, digital services, etc.)
- Customer & market needs analysis compared with the existing portfolio of solutions, identifying areas where there are gaps which we could develop unique and profitable solutions in order to differentiate us in the market
- Accountable for the business success (Net Present Value) of RDI projects, steering and deciding about the product composition or service set up, overall budget for the project, expected price based on the value creation, expected CM and profitability, registration, product launch and product life cycle.
- Responsible for the portfolio life cycle analysis, coordinating the investigation of new MoA, application and positioning that can increase profitability and product life cycle.
- Regular contact with the Global Consulting Experts to validate the feasibility of technical ideas related to the portfolio development/ portfolio management
- Regular contact with the Strategic Marketing and Value Creation colleagues for the assessment and validation of the value based pricing strategy
- Regular contact with the Regional Strategic Marketing Directors to assess the performance of our portfolio in the regional markets
- Regular contact with the Business Intelligence to assess and benchmark our portfolio with the existing next best alternatives in the market based on the value creation/ perceived value from our customers
- Regular contact with regulatory colleagues (internal) and regulatory entities (external) to have a clear picture about the current and future impacts on the market landscape
- Bachelor in Veterinary, Animal Health, Science or Health
- At least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in related field
- Someone who has experience in technical, commercial and marketing fields
- Able to coordinate and lead complex projects,
- Good technical knowledge about animal health (monogastric - primarily poultry)
- Desired to have experiences in: Sales & Marketing areas international experience (scope of working) multicultural skills leadership capability team working basic financial skills (for business case purposes) good capacity to communicate and accommodate different points of view
