Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Product Design or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate working experience in IT, AI or Engineering

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical with strong logical thinking

Proactive, independent, and well-organized with a strong business sense

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese

Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, able to work independently to achieve high-quality results

Preferably with system integration experience in the financial services industry

Proficiency in Figma, UI/UX tools is an advantage

Certificate with PMP, Scrum Master in an advantage

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager/Product Owner in delivering projects on schedule and within constraint

Coordinate and participate in the implementation of new AI requirement that require system development/enhancement

Support business in driving project delivery at every stage of the system development life cycle

Stay up-to-date with AI technology and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

Ensure smooth system delivery through collaboration with all stakeholders and active participation in line with the system development life cycle

Ensuring that the design is not only visually appealing but also logically aligned with the backend and fully functional in the frontend.

Be flexible and adopt new Agile practices and ways of working

Work closely with business parties, customer success to deliver quality business requirements, document and bridge communication gaps between business and technology

Assist in the management of UAT resource capacity planning and utilization for assigned projects

Execute UAT following the quality framework and closely monitor progress to provide timely status updates to stakeholders and management

Prepare training material and conduct training if needed. Support customer success team to visualise all the latest release for user training materials.
