    Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving the regional Business Segment commercial targets (P&L), including sales, costs and EBIT.
  • Responsible for definition of the regional Business Segment strategy (taking explicit account of the global and regional BF strategy) as well as implementation and controlling.
  • Responsible for regional sales within the respective regional Business Segment.
  • Responsible for the regional product portfolio of the respective Business Segment including innovation, relaunch and elimination of products (taking explicit account of global product portfolio strategy within BS & BF).
  • Responsible for implementing performance processes, IT-tools and quality management within the respective regional Business Segment on the basis of global and regional policies and in coordination with the responsible SFs.
  • Responsible for implementation of technical requirements related to relevant accreditation standards.
  • Responsible for know-how application in the Business Segment.
  • Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of the particular regional Business Segment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to & implements corporate guidelines and regulations
  • Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in related area.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams.
