- Lead the FAFT WF filter design and development team and manage its administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain the structure of the department and its staff in cooperation with filter engineering director FAFT.
- Manage and maintain the water product portfolio by sustaining engineering.
- Manage FAFT product development and innovation process and the required resources in cooperation with filter engineering director FAFT.
- Ensure the applications engineering support of the China consumer market managements, sales team, customers and other internal functions.
- Manage knowledge within the team.
- Bachelor degree or above from a university in chemical / process engineering, mechanical engineering or alike.
- 5 years of work experience in R&D, Product or Applications Engineering.
- Familiar with new product development, familiar with project management.
- Strong leadership ability, strong project management skill and team management skill.
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office products, Auto CAD & SolidWorks.
- English fluent
