Manage general distributor procurement, sales and inventory, complete general agent procurement tasks and other key indicators, such as channel development plans, regional store opening goals, etc 2. Communicate sales tasks annually, develop product sales plans, marketing plans, and channel plans based on sales tasks 3. Maintain customer relationships with the general agent, establish high-level relationships between the company and key general agents, and achieve in-depth strategic cooperation 4. Establish and manage the sales team of the general distributor, cooperate with the company's marketing and training departments to complete the landing of marketing activities and regional customer training work 5. Regularly collect sales data from the general distributor channel, assist in formulating sales channel strategies and executing them based on sales data and customer situations, and optimize overall channel investment. 6. Organize training for general agent channel staff and promoters, monitor the effectiveness of general agent transfer training, and output training needs in reverse. 7. Establish and manage the sales team of the general distributor KA and the team of terminal promoters, conduct store tours and in store training, and manage promoters; Empowering promoters includes end customers experiencing products, introducing products, improving sales performance, and executing marketing activities.
