- Manage the volume growth and achieve the overall target with channel partners. Optimize the balance between volume and margin within TPU China
- Responsibility for Building Channel Management for further baseload & sell-out business.
- Build Channel Management to build customer base for new businesses development.
- Assist to enhance market transparency and support the business of distribution sector through Co-visit with distributor.
- Conduct regular monitoring and corresponding actions (include pricing, marketing, joint project etc) to ensure the business on track.
- Responsibility for monitoring outstanding receivables and credit limits in assigned area, inform next level about credit standing and risks, assess ability to pay (possibly stop deliveries)
- College degree or above, major in Chemistry, Polymer or relevant chemical or commercial education.
- 3 years of sales/marketing experience in chemicals and polymers industry
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Distributor management experience is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, good report writing skills
- Experience in use of Word, Microsoft Excel, PPT.
- Good planning, presentation and organizational skills.
- Optional: Some experience in project management
