- Supports and implements the overall service strategy, assures goals and KPI's for the division in China
- Technical, in-cup quality and process support of our distributors' and service partners key technicians
- Coordination of technical, in-cup quality, process and business-related questions via ticket management in SAP
- Provision of technical sales support
- Active participation in the product quality improvement process
- Support key project from a technical perspective (pre and post sales).
- Establishing of a knowledge database for troubleshooting
- Integration of IoT/telemetry/API projects
- Service Network Controlling & Audit: execution of service performance audits of our distributors and service partners, therefore regular visits of our partners to ensure the Franke Service standards
- Technical education with a background in mechatronics, engineering or similar
- > 10 years' experience in a technical role, preferably in the coffee systems industry
- Proven Leadership qualities
- Ability to manage complexity
- Ability to manage stress and set priorities
- Self-starter and solution-oriented personality
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP user skills
- Languages: mandarin fluent, as well as proficient in English
- Proactive mindset
