Responsibilities:
Deep dive into the Asia market and formulate a solid knowledge in terms of market trends customer behavior & pain points, strategic partners (e.g., machine suppliers), competitors, and distributors as the foundation to design trade marketing projects (particularly for Automotive-NEV).
Customized the annual CTAP trade marketing calendar with the alignment of the key stakeholders and drive execution of the scheduled activities, covering online/in-person trade shows, customer events, industry conferences, distributor schools.
Monitor and maintain premium Chem-Trend corporate and products brands standards/images across all customer contact points.
Lead the creation of marketing materials / tools to support trade strategies and channel management that include case studies, cheat sheet, presentations, (application) videos, activities promotion material, and new product launch tools while maximizing the utilization of those assets in the organization.
Manage the budget and deliver ROI tracking for all trade marketing projects, events, and activities.
Furnish practical input for the CTAP marketing strategy development and create fitting plans to support the CTAP strategy cascade.
Collaborate with CTAP marketing team members to support/co-drive other regional marketing function projects such as Marketing Intelligence, M&A support, etc...
Support the (global) top-down marketing initiatives and campaign when it's required.
Qualifications:
At least seven years of working experience with minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience in a multinational company.
Minimum a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
Advanced communication skills and strategic thinking.
Self-motivated and able to manage diverse tasks and projects.
Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
