Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and minitor daily channel operation
Develop and optimize dealer coverage and structure by territory and industry.
Deploy dealer evaluatation system to manage channel partners during different development stage.
File dealer agreement and all related documents. Provide support to any dealer related auditing.
According to channel management measures, maintain market order and coordinate the handling of channel conflicts.
Support target setting and review together with business unit.
Monitor dealer performance to support dealer business continuous and healthy growth.
Provide channel performance dashboard and dealer management report
Run monthly dealer performance dashbaord
Calculate incentive plan data and facilitate rebate refunding
Dealer Policy and Process optimization
Setup and implement dealer policy work together with business unit.
Leads the designing and deployment of dealer management related systems
Ensures that all processes are well implemented and the parties have been trained sufficiently.
Dealer coaching
manage the training of the new dealer, and make training plans for all dealers
Provide policy traning to internal related people
