- 1.负责腾讯服务器供应链IT产品的规划设计,包括:需求预测、库存管理、采购执行等相关的产品模块的设计、研发、运营工作;2.负责规划和落地业务团队的重点事项所需要的产品功能,包括交付及时率提升、需求预测准确率提升、库存周转率提升等相关事项,并能主动规划、主动跟业务对齐。;3.负责用户需求沟通、产品功能设计,输出产品原型、需求文档、指导研发落地;4.深入理解行业和业务发展趋势,抽象产品发展规划,协同上下游,持续提升产品能力,支撑业务长期发展。 岗位要求
- 1.本科以上学历,3年以上供应链相关产品经理工作经验,具备企业服务(to B)/云产品经验者优先;2.具备较强的独立思考能力和结构化思考能力,能抓住最核心的矛盾,并能抓住主要矛盾的主要方面,聚焦的规划、推动产品演进,很好的支持业务的痛点;3.具备较高的跨团队协作能力,包括跟直接对接的业务、上下游业务,直接对接的开发,都能很好的协作和整合;4.具备较强的文档撰写能力,熟练使用Axure/Mockplus/Visio等各类原型工具/流程工具/文档工具。
