- Sr. Program Manager is responsible for managing hierarchically or functionally several Program Managers within a given Customer Business Unit or Division/Region of a Business Group. 高级项目经理负责在一个特定的客户业务部门或部门/区域内对多个项目经理进行直接或职能上的管理。
- He/she is responsible for Program Portfolio performance and the corresponding objectives from program award until handover to production site by applying Faurecia standard Program processes and Program governance rules. 根据佛吉亚标准项目流程和项目治理规则,负责项目组合的绩效和相应的目标,从项目授予到项目移交到生产现场。
- Ensure the Faurecia standardized Program Management System (PMS) is followed in each program确保每个项目都遵循佛吉亚标准化项目管理体系(PMS)。

- Manage and measure each program's performance and results: identify deficiencies, develop and implement action plans管理和衡量每个项目的绩效和结果:发现不足,制定和实施行动计划。
- Represent all Programs under his/her responsibility with customers, suppliers and Faurecia entities. 全权负责和管理所有项目。
