描述
岗位职责:
1、负责公司产品(包括但不限于SCARA robot,,Cobot,,伺服驱动,MDR等)的硬件系统的开发工作,完成硬件方案设计,电路原理图、PCB图的设计与分析;
2、负责相关板卡验证、整机调试、失效分析;
3、负责与外部供应商对接,解决产品从设计到测试及量产过程中发生的技术问题,确保产品按时交付及负责产品后续跟踪改善;
4、负责相关文档的撰写与维护;
5、支持电气工程师的相关工作
任职资格:
硕士及以上学历,电子类相关专业,如电气工程、自动化、电子信息工程等。 有伺服驱动或机器人硬件设计相关经验者优先。
3、有3年及以上硬件开发工作经验,具有扎实的模拟/数字电路知识,具备一定的功率电路知识(电机驱动,开关电源等),熟练嵌入式硬件设计;
4、熟悉器件的关键参数指标,以及在电路应用中的影响,能够根据电路需求,独立完成关键器件选型与相关原理图绘制;
5、至少熟练掌握一种原理图和PCB开发工具(Altium Designer优先),理解板卡布局和布线的原则,并完成PCB设计;
6、了解常用测试工具和仪器的基本原理,熟练使用常用电子电路测试工具和仪器;
7、具有一定的产品可靠性设计、可维护性/维修性设计、可采购/生产性设计能力;
8、具有较强的沟通与表达能力,具备严谨、细致、敬业的工作态度和良好的职业道德,有不断学习进取和团队合作精神
