    工作目的

    IWG 内部销售团队目前招聘 "内部销售客户经理"。作为一名个人贡献者,内部销售客户经理将在新的潜在客户对我们的产品(如办公室、虚拟办公室、会员产品等)表示兴趣时,帮助他们找到合适的解决方案。

    我们的客户经理将与众多行业各种规模的企业合作,并通过电话、电子邮件、短信和网络聊天等多种渠道与客户和潜在客户互动。

    主要职责

    由于这是一个内部销售职位,内部销售客户经理将通过电话、电子邮件或其他渠道与潜在客户进行远程互动,不会与任何潜在客户面对面交流。

    该职位要求在规定的轮班时间内在电脑前工作,以实现为该职位规定的销售和电话生产力目标

    处理与新潜在客户和现有客户的呼入和呼出电话,向客户介绍和宣传我们的产品,帮助他们选择和注册适合他们的产品。

    在所有相关系统中准确、清晰地记录笔记。

    This role is part of the Asia Pacific Regional Inside Sales Team, managed from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting directly to the Sales Leadership Team based in Kuala Lumpur.

    Job Purpose

    IWG currently has openings for "Inside Sales Account Manager" working within our Inside Sales Team. In this role, as an individual contributor an Inside Sales Account Manager will help to find the right solution for new prospects when they express interest in one of our products such as Offices, Virtual Offices, Membership Products to mention just a few.

    Our Account Managers will work with businesses of all sizes across a multitude of industries and the role involves engaging with our customers and prospects via a number of channels, including phone, email, SMS and web chat.

    Key Accountabilities

  • As this is an Inside Sales role, an Inside Sales Account Manager will interact with prospects remotely on phone, email, or other channels and will not meet any prospects face to face.
  • This role will entail working at a computer during the scheduled work shift to meet the sales and telephony productivity objectives defined for the role
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with new prospects and existing customers to educate, and inform customers about our products and help them select and sign up for the one that is right for them.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering strong business results against our key performance indicators
  • Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems.
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to-business sales environment. Rounded sales and service skills (Not a pure "cold caller").
  • Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a customer quickly over the phone. (Excellent telephone demeanor).
  • 'Can-do' attitude; demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
  • Maintains high productivity/high energy level.
  • Results driven.
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese language skills is an added advantage.
