    Job Description

  • 负责核心市场的电气化产品销售工作,即:提交销售预测,完成月度、季度和年度销售目标,等;
  • 制定核心市场的渠道分销策略,以及零售商转化、培养、开发计划和相对应的具体目标,并据此以月度为时间节点,采取措施完成该目标;
  • 根据业务需要,开发能力强(资金、电气化产品分销、售前及售后服务等方面)、意愿高(认同博世价值观和长远发展的战略)的批发商;
  • 协助、支持当地批发商、零售商的各类销售活动,例如:装修公司和室内设计师推广、小区推广,门店建设,等;
  • 支持壁挂炉销售团队进行的关于电气化产品销售的活动;
  • 及时收集当地市场信息,包括:法律、法规更新、行业动态、竞争对手情报,等。以供管理层分析、决策;
  • 作为"博世舒适科技"的电气化业务在当地的代表和窗口,参与行业协会活动、相关展会等。

  • Bachler of Science, Technology理工类本科。
  • 5 years in HVAC industry, sales or business development 年制冷、暖通行业销售或者业务拓展经验
