    职位描述:

    您将管理日常销售运作以及维护渠道与客户的关系。根据产品方向,扩大Galderma中国的产品销售。计划和执行产品推广和销售,完成公司的各项计划目标。

    职位要求:

    ·根据产品的营销策略方案及新品上市,最大程度提升销售价值,销售增长,扩大产品在所负责区域的销量,增幅产品的市场占有率

    ·负责区域内产品推广,提供专业的产品支持

    ·维护现有客户,保持与客户的良好沟通,实时把握客户需求,根据产品定位积极拓展新客户

    ·积极把握市场动态,定期反馈市场信息,按要求完成销售和市场报告

    ·与公司员工保持紧密合作,确保工作顺利进行

    ·维护产品形象,促进产品持续发展

    技能资格 :

    ·本科及以上学历,医学/药学/生物学等相关专业优先

    ·3年及以上外企医药或医疗器械行业销售经验优先

    ·学习能力强,熟悉医药行业市场环境优先

    ·热爱销售工作,善于自我激励和可以承受一定的压力

    ·良好的沟通能力及成功的销售记录
