Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager specializing in Tools, Process, and Capability Development to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of tools, processes, and capabilities across our organization. Your expertise will drive efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, ensuring that our teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across various departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
·Capacity planning/ tracking and capability assessment initiatives as well as technical PM training and PM incentive planning and execution
·Lead the design, development, and implementation of tools, processes, and capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
·Identify and analyze the organization's needs, gaps, and opportunities in tools, processes, and capabilities, and provide strategic recommendations.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, set objectives, and create action plans to achieve desired outcomes.
·Develop and execute a comprehensive program roadmap for tools, process, and capability development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
·Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk assessment, and monitoring project progress.
·Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and expectations are met.
·Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of implemented tools, processes, and capabilities, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
·Provide guidance, training, and support to teams to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of new tools, processes, and capabilities.
·Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to tools, processes, and capability development, and proactively incorporate relevant advancements into the organization.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering graduate ) is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
·Overall 5 to 10 years Industry of experience
·Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, specifically focused on tools, process, and capability development.
·In-depth knowledge of tools, methodologies, and frameworks for process improvement, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or others.
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
·Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve desired outcomes.
·Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
·Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
·Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
