- Operational ManagementEnsure that business needs get formalized, tracked, and resolved.Crafting effective communication strategies for both IT and the business.
- Framing Business needsUnderstand the local business needs and challenge them in order to propose the best solution in coherence with the global IT Strategy and the urbanization of our solutions
- Project Management and solutions evolutionsManage a Projects portfolio and a list of evolutions/demands in the tracking tool following the priorities defined with the Key business stake holder and the HQ MIS department.Manage those projects according to a precise project methodology with a strict follow up of the Planning, budget and risks associated with those projects,Coordinate the different tests and User Acceptances tests during review with the business.Ensure the changes and the trainings are properly planned and delivered at the local level by the right people/organizationDocument what needs to be documented following the standard of the MIS department in order to ensure the proper continuity of activity and the impact towards the other MIS units.
- Reporting Report all activities to the CIO (in copy the local CFO) on a regular basis with a defined template in order to bring a clear overview of the local situation and get feedback and possible advice to full fill the mission in accordance to the objectives defined with the CIO.
- Specific knowledge of Excel and various project and portfolio management platform(s) required.
- Extensive experience with project management and cooperation with international operations.
- Experience In support organization and solution is a must
- Strong understanding of project, portfolio, and Agile techniques.
- Familiarity with the functioning of a PMO and steering committee.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to conduct research into project and portfolio management issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
