- Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience of sourcing/purchasing/procurement.
- Familiar with supplier qualification system and vendor performance management process.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Good English speaking and writing.
- Honest, fair, diligent with good professional responsibility.
- Willing to work under pressure to build the processes from 0 to 1.
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude and approach to problem-solving – "can-do" mindset.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize.
- Strong listening and influencing skills.
- Travel frequency about 10%.

Job Purpose
This position locates in Shanghai and focus on China. While as part of the APAC Procurement team, you may also be expected to work with team on some APAC topics as assigned from time to time.
As the sourcing and procurement manager, you will lead the procurement process reengineering from end to end, and start from indirect sourcing area, including the marketing promotion activities, events and exhibitions for China. Will work with functions to build up and drive the high efficiency procurement performance.
