- Serve as the main point of contact for On's retail tech department during new store opening projects in the APAC region, especially mainland China.
- Plan and coordinate tech installations for new stores in collaboration with teams like IT and construction.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of tech equipment and oversee on-site installations for technologies such as POS, RFID, LED walls, and Video Players.
- Train retail store staff on tech-related processes.
- Maintain and enhance IT systems in APAC stores, working with internal and external specialists for issues like bug fixing, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Conduct regular checks on IT systems in APAC retail stores.
- Test new processes and software updates.
- Support the implementation of digital innovation projects in On's retail channels.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, systems specialization, or field engineering.
- An engineering or Computer Science degree is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing new store opening projects involving various stakeholders.
- Skilled in planning and executing IT and operational projects.
- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A keen interest in technology and innovation in hardware and software.
- Excellent English communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented professional with a drive to challenge traditional retail norms and optimize processes.
