• Managing GM's Schedule: Assist in planning, organizing, and ensure efficient use of time and meet work requirements.
• Communication Coordination: Handle and filter emails, calls, and documents from internal and external sources, promptly responding or forwarding them to the relevant departments to maintain a streamlined flow of information.
• Confidential Information Management: Responsible for handling confidential information, ensuring the security, confidentiality, and compliance of information.
• Document Management: Manage and maintain the files, reports, and other work materials to ensure accessibility and traceability.
• Meeting Organization: Responsible for meeting coordination and organization, meeting material preparation/collection, meeting minutes taking, etc.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements, file organization, office supplies procurement, etc.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth information flow and collaborative teamwork.
• Visit Management: Responsible for coordinating the visit arrangements, including but not limited to Global executives/external clients, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
