    The UGG PR Executive role is to support line manager to achieve annual TPR KPI, both for retainer and campaign. This role needs to be independently worked with PR agency to communication with key stakeholders in China, in charge of key media and KOL relations, key media seeding, sample management, media event planning and execution.

    This role should be able to generate creative content from PR perspective for other communication channels to adapt and extend. Needs to support line manager for brand relevant event execution and media co-op. Should be passion to the brand, to be very well organized and result oriented.

    25%Execution

  • Sample management, to do daily sample tracking and quarterly sample review. Clearly manage sample order and sample receiving status tracking.
  • To strictly follow seeding policy and process to execute media seeding and tracing seeding result, to maintain good relationship in daily with media.
  • Work with internal team to ensure seeding process is smooth and effective.
  • To execute annual PR retainer activations, regular seeding, PR event, PR media preview, and media visit etc.
  • Notice industry competition analysis and provide insight for upcoming planning.
  • Assist line manager for local campaign content creation execution and assets output follow up.
  • Work closely with Retail and Social counterparts and other internal departments to support company initiatives.
  • 20% Agency management

  • To monitor PR agency retainer performance, control PR coverage quality and quantity with clear KPI.
  • In-depth co-op with PR agency to supervise press release development, distribution and follow up to ensure maximum exposure.
  • To provide monthly, annual PR report to share with global and internal team.
  • Manage PR agencies to ensure good execution of campaign timeline, content development, activity/event planning, etc.
  • 15% PR Content Creation

  • To be innovative on PR content generation and new way/new channel for PR.
  • To localize global campaign release and assets to feed China media and KOLs needs to drive brand buzz.
  • Leveraging local seasonal topic/hot issue to create brand/product/celebrity relative content to drive brand buzz, both TPR and EPR.
  • Leveraging local talent to create brand/product relative content to drive brand awareness.
  • To in charge of press release quality control, distribution and to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Smoothly work with digital/social team to intergrade PR and social resource, generate maximize brand exposure.
  • 15% Media and KOL Relation

  • Develop long-term relations and independently deal with key media partner and Top KOL in China.
  • In charge of media seeding and birthday/holiday gifting to consolidate their relationship with the brand.
  • To regularly visit to media and develop new relationship with media to expand PR exposure of UGG and increase PR value ROI for UGG
  • To explore in-depth and intelligent potential opportunity with key media partner to get better brand exposure.
  • 15%Event Planning and Management

  • Media event and KOL management, including event idea development, event brief, media &KOL management, and all third-party management and quality control.
  • Support retail marketing event, including celebrity, media and third-party management.
  • Event on-site execution and quality control.
  • Assist line manager to plan and execute brand event, smoothly co-operate with event agency & 3rd parties.
  • 10% Administrative:

  • To do PO and payment follow ups.
  • To do monthly A&P report on TPR part.
  • To well follow the company vendor selection policy well manage the vendor pitch process
