Solution Product Projects Planning & Execution
Craft realistic project plans
Work closely with core development and business team during all phases
Monitor project execution and track progress
Manage project risks and solve issues proactively
Make sure projects are executed within the time frame that is allocated, and within the organization's budget.
Lead project meetings and prepare weekly project reports
Manage project documents
New feature/solution development
Develop new feature according to drive revenue growth and profitability improvement.
-Analyze product cost, margin to provide recommendations to the business on tactical plans and financial performance.
Manage new feature development execution process and make sure it is within the required time frame & budget
Assistance to Product Manager on product analysis
Provide product insights related to features and algorithms
Provide project financial info to facilitate market position analysis
