    Senior Manager Sales - Shenzhen, 中国 - Infineon Technologies

    In your new role you will:

    • Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share

    • Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments

    • Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely

    • Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target

    • Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers You are best equipped for this task if you have:

    • Minimum a bachelor degree

    • At least 5 years work experience related to sales is preferred

    • Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting

    • Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions

    • Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external

    • Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical across all levels of hierarchy

    • Fluent written & oral English for business
