    Job Summary / Who You Are

    OEM Sales with matrix reporting to President, USA Global Sales, this position will have full responsibility for Enterprise sales OEM customers to carry the responsibility of developing new business opportunities without losing the focus on our existing OEM customers.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic sales plans that drive both new and existing account revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all are working towards the target customer account's business strategy – measured by regular meetings to discuss opportunities, the client's business and discuss and refine the account
  • Relay customer and consumer feedback to inner teams, i.e., R&D, Production, Quality, etc.
  • Ensure appropriate resolution of customer service issues; empower effective sales and customer service interactions that results in high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 years+ of experience in Computer & Consumer Electronics industries
  • Having good relationship
  • Solid experiences in PC peripheral, especially Webcam/Security Cameras, headsets, speaker Industries will be a plus
  • Leading OEM relationships: A qualified candidate will have market-validated skills around building, developing and retaining high performing accounts with Retail, Distribution, System Integrator or OEM/ODM channel.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience working with partners.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
