- Internal coordination to facilitate samples and illustration
- Internal data system input and management
- Sample stock management
- Sales data recording and reports preparation and analysis
- Provide administrative support to sales manager
- Communication with clients and follow up all sorts of business activities
- Support product advertising in WeChat public account
- Assist commercial activities to prepare promotion kits for relative seminar and forum
- Logistics and admin support to sales team
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Potentials to handle small accounts if necessary when available
- College degree or above
- Good communication and coordination skill
