- Manage overall CRM (SFDC) as super user role for China both system administration and data discipline, implement and support sales team by defined sales process
- Lead China CRM change projects by collaboration with IT and other function teams for system enhancement in align with business needs
- Participate APAC CRM projects on behalf of China to address China team's business needs
- Conduct data analytics by building up PowerBI-based dashboard
- Support other commercial initiatives
