- Develop and implement online business strategies to achieve sales and other indicators targets, according to the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage and operate the Agriculture Solutions online stores while guiding and assisting the customer team in promoting product brands and sales online.
- Understand e-commerce market conditions, grasp and analyse market dynamics, insight into relevant policies
- Coordinate the docking and cooperation with e-commerce platforms
- Timely update and optimize Agriculture Solutions China online market strategies.
- Responsible for online customers management.
- Effectively coordinate internal resources to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and the implementation of tactical plans
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG sales & marketing role or operation of e-commerce platforms.
- Experienced in digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Fluent English communication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultures and background
