主要工作职责Key Responsibilities
1 达成当年财务指标
1)达成所辖产品线的终端销售指标,利润率指标,重点客户销售指标
2)所辖产品线中国区预测达到不缺货,慢销滞销产品占比符合公司要求
3)管理相应市场活动费用和样品费用不超预算
2 清晰制定所辖产品和术式的开发推广策略
1)制定清晰的产品线推广策略包括老产品退市,新品升级计划,目标细分市场推广和价格策略
2)新品上市计划和执行,并达成当年新品销售目标(注:三年内拿证的产品都定义为新品)
3)同行业产品信息收集和应对策略
4)所辖产品各省市场后VBP准入计划和推动执行
3 协助执行各项市场活动并跟进活动有效性
1)持续跟进重点产品在目标细分市场,目标机构的增长并提供数据反馈给销售团队;
2)和销售团队一起对接机构医生高质量执行各类品牌活动
4 销售支持和内部沟通协调
1)为销售团队准备必要的销售工具,宣传单页和其他用于和客户沟通的资料
2)成为所辖产品和相关术式的专家,定期为销售团队提供培训,准备市场常见问题清单和建议答案
3)发送内部战报,表彰相关产品线优秀的销售同事,提升内部对产品和品牌的兴奋度
5 合规建设和跨部门合作
1)确保自身严格遵守公司的各项合规政策并应要求顺利完成各项培训
2)积极配合销售部,培训部,专业教育部等支持部门的各项活动;并协助收集相关信息或参与跨部门项目
3)熟悉公司内部各主要流程,并确保按照标准流程工作;同时积极为公司流程优化提供建议
