- Plan and implement different sales tactics and business plan to grow the sales of service products, including but not limited to the standard service contracts, preventive maintenance, relocation, software upgrade, training service, consumables and multi vendors service and customized solution within assigned territories.
- Proactively develop new service business opportunities by interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, cross-selling and up-selling of service products.
- mplement "nurture, expand, and land" sales strategy to improve service contracts connect rate, renew rate, warranty conversion rate.
- Accurate forecast and effective funnel management with CRM operation
- Reports to Service Commercial Manager
- Works closely with service sales team, service delivery team and instrument sales team.
- Works closely with customers, industry KOL, and OEM partners.

- Able to make business plans that are consistent with service products and strategy.
- Highly motivated creative and result oriented. able to work with minimum supervision.
