- Achieve annually planned sales targets
- Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic busi-ness and marketing goals in the regions
- Assists ZSM and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strat-egies
- Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evaluations
- Minimal 5 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
- Lived and worked in the regions
- Imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences would be a big plus
- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Work results-oriented
- Analyzing and reporting regional sales data
- Use of computer software
- Understanding foreign trade contracts
- Team players
- English language skills: Fluent in speaking, proficient in writing , reading and listening
