    职位描述 :

    制定并实施公司医院准入的区域策略和行动计划,与医疗机构建立长期强有力的合作关系,并实现公司业务目标。

    工作职责 :

  • 确保雅培重点产品在HA目标医院进药速度和质量具有行业竞争优势;
  • 确保雅培产品在HA目标医院内的各种限制导致的对业务影响最少:品种、规模、时间、速度等;
  • 领导并发展医院准入团队 ,整合区域资源,建立以雅培药品部为整体的与区域内医疗机构合作,促进医疗机构医院管理或疾病治疗水平提升,实现雅培与医疗卫生体系的共赢;
  • 制定区域业务团队准入能力提升计划,提升整体准入水平,并带领区域销售团队完成准入目标
  • 熟悉了解医疗卫生体系发展动向,系统获取客户和同行见解,识别区域市场机会和挑战,以利公司及时调整战略、避免商业风险。
  • 甄选、激励并保留人才,带领团队不断提升专业技能,与跨部门团队紧密合作,打造专业卓越的团队,推动发展;
  • 工作要求 :

  • 对医药卫生领域政策趋势和区域医院管理客户有深入了解和洞察
  • 有良好的计划及执行能力
  • 良好的人际沟通能力、团队领导力和跨部门影响力,丰富的二线管理经验
  • 积极主动,满怀激情,勇于接受挑战和承担压力
  • 至少10年服务于外资医药行业的经验;管理团队5年以上的经验
