We are currently seeking a Account Manager-Retail, Greater BJto join our Sales & Marketing Department at CAREL China (Suzhou) .

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or higher education major in Refrigeration or HVAC.

Working experience

3+ years sales working experience in related industry.

Sales experience in Retail field will be preferred.

Skill & Knowledge

l Good communication skills.

l Positive, loyalty and honest.

l Good English reading/written/spoken skills

l Familiar with office tools.

l Anti-pressure bility is needed

l Willing to travel for business frequently

Job region

Location: Carel Beijing Branch Office

Duty:

ü Achieve sales target in the assigned territory.

ü Responsible for management and forecast of existing clients.

ü Work with the line manager to define the yearly budget and tasks.

ü Improve market share in existing customers.

ü Influence New Retail end user to accept CAREL solution and create new business opportunities in North of China.

ü Develop Ref OEM and Dealer business in North of China.

ü Understand and familiar with CAREL products and solution , promote CAREL solution to the target customers.

ü Work together with technical team to support customer.

ü Work with marketing team to do the competitors information collection.

ü Sales new initiative actions follow up.
