Responsibilities:
Support Eye Care Director to design/standardize Eyecare protocols/standards , optometrist planning.
Deep dive analysis of store Eye Care KPIs , Optometrist & OPS team performance, give consolidated feedback to Retail Eye care Director.
Provide daily /weekly /monthly vision care report to Retail Eyecare Director.
Provide daily / weekly / monthly PSM / OPS performance report to Retail Eye care Director.
Consolidate OPS roster from PSM.
Consolidate & analysis OPS store check list to Retail Eye care Director.
Initiate professional service related project , project follow up according to Retail Eyecare Director's instruction.
Align & collaborate with cross function to support Vision care project.
Requirements :
Optometry background is preferrable.
Project management with retail background is preferrable.
Strong Excel & data analysis skillset.
Fluent English & Mandarin.
Travel is required.
