- Exceptional skills in relationship management, change management, communication, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills required. Bilingual a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial profit and loss, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- 5 or more years direct management experience of SC employees in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics industries required.
