    You will be part of the Direct Sales Force, reporting directly to the Regional Director, and work in an empowered environment with a complex Matrix Organization where ownership, commitment and discipline are highly valued. You will be a key part in helping our customers transition to Industry 4.0 by identifying, understanding, and addressing the customer's challenges approaching digital initiatives, and taking them on this transitional journey.

    Day-To-Day:

  • Perform sales engagement at customer site to find new opportunities driving the full sales cycle from prospection to close
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline generation
  • Account profile and account plan
  • Deal with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)
  • Deal with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Operations, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization)
  • Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills
  • Excellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitude
  • Strong resiliency with self-motivation, integrity, and team player
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives
  • Experience working with Manufacturing industry preferred
  • Industry software/system (such as PLM/ALM/CAD etc..) solution knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Familiar with Electronic & High-Tech/Medical Device/New Energy industry s is a plus Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Successful experience in sales or sales-related roles in a quota carrying capacity
  • Multi-task and team player
  • Aggressive and motivated attitude
