With my over 20 years’ experiences in end-to-end supply chain management in FMCG industry and multi-national company (MNC), I managed multiple functions including demand & supply planning, plant operation, Sourcing, S&OP process, logistics, supply chain network design, digital transformation projects and SAP. I not only managed multiple industries operations but also led cross-country supply chain in large and complex business network. My scope of responsibility covered a wide range of business categories and over 20 markets in Asia Pacific region including food, confection, nature skin care, home cleaning, cosmetic, disinfection cleaner, pet care etc. I hold MBA degree of University of Minnesota US (Ranked #33 of 2023 US the best business school according to US. News.)
I led supply chain large digital transformation projects in Mars and Clorox. Except for SAP go-live of Asia factories and DCs, I led teams and successfully built computer simulation model to digitalize strategic business planning and what-if scenarios which re-designed and optimized supply chain network including footprint of factories, transportation, warehouses and large capital investments.
In addition to my professional Supply Chain management background, I had entrepreneurial spirit and experiences to create new business and brands from ground zero. Working as Co-founder and COO, I successfully launched two new brands and delivered solid business results (Freshbites ®Pet food, Linked@work®incubator).
Through the valuable start-up business journey, I had leveled up my abilities from supply chain operation to business general management, especially in leadership qualities, influencing skills, hands-on problem-solving skills on all kinds of resource shortage issues. With this unique experience, I can not only accommodate to uncertain and ambiguous business environment, but also handle with internal & external pressure.
