    Main Responsibilities

  • Build and execute short and mid-term segment strategies, as well as explore and handle key customers in Industrial market, compounding business segments;
  • Ensures sales goals are achieved through closely working with key customers and internal departments;
  • Develop healthy opportunity pipeline and successful closure of opportunities to drive profitable sales growth;
  • Gaining in-depth understanding of target markets and end users' technical requirements and competitive landscape via direct interface with key customers and end users' design, R&D and engineering teams to support the creation of multi-generation product roadmaps;
  • Building effective relationships with customers, end users, potential business partners in target market segments;
  • Collaborating with AD & marketing to introduce and collateralize new product launches for a specific end user segment and providing technical sales support for end users and converters;
  • When applicable, represent TPU in cross-BU activities including strategy workshops, tech days, promotion campaign, industrial association activities etc.
  • Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

  • In-depth degree in Chemistry, plastic or engineering with good knowledge in thermoplastic;
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in plastic industry;
  • Team Player and demonstrable track record of leading cross-function team;
  • Experience in TPU sales and marketing preferable;
  • Degree qualification in a technical, scientific or business discipline;
  • Excellent influencing/presentation/negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential;
