1、全面负责物业部的管理工作,制定年度目标,并跟踪落实确保完成目标。
2、年度计划及各种专项计划的跟踪执行,如有偏差需要及时采取纠正措施。
3、物业运维供应商准入审核、日常管理及定期的考核沟通。
4、物业运维预算的制定及成本管控。
5、质量体系文件,日常工作运维数据管控和分析。
专业技能
1、优秀的公共设备设施监督维护保养能力
2、优秀的保安、保洁服务及绿化养护能力
3、优秀的餐饮服务能力
4、优秀的服务供应商准入审核及管控能力
5、优秀的成本管控能力
6、5年以上物业管理经验, 3年以上物业经理岗位工作经验
