- 负责贯彻落实国家安全生产、环境管理方针政策、法规以及安全施工操作规程,组织制定工程项目安全生产、环境保护、劳动保护管理制度
- 负责现场职业健康安全和环境管理工作,推进项目现场安全质量标准化工作,组织制订项目HSE计划并做好落实监督工作
- 参加编制和审核有关施工方案
- 监督现场危险性较大(重大危险性)专项施工方案的实施
- 监督施工组织设计、施工方案中安全技术措施的落实执行
- 负责组织施工现场安全生产检查和隐患排查、治理,每月对现场施工单位安全生产情况进行评价、考核
- 负责组织开展危险源辨识评价与监控工作、现场消防管理工作和应急管理体系的建立运行,应急预案演练等工作
- 负责组织项目人员安全教育培训工作
- 本科及以上学历,工程或管理类相关专业
- 10年左右项目建设安全经理工作经验,具有工业医药类相关项目经验者优先
- 熟悉国家有关工程健康安全环境方面的法律法规和建筑施工HSE 技术标准和规范
- 具有高级注册安全师证书者优先
- 具有良好的职业素养,极强的敬业精神和工作责任心,
- 较强的组织管理与沟通协调能力
