- College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in Human Resources in large enterprises, at least 2 years working experience in recruitment;
- Familiar with recruitment business process and various recruitment channels;
- Proficient in two or more talent assessment or interview skills;
- Quick thinking, full of passion, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good team work spirit, able to assist HR department to complete the work of other related departments.
