- Cost tracking, controlling and continuous efficiency improvement
- Planning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-project
- Release of program versions on time
- Planning and monitoring of the project resources consumption
- Co-operation during team set up, operative management of the SW Sub-Project team members
- Regular project status report to management
- Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)
- Bachelor's degree or above software-engineering/electronics/Vehicle engineering/control engineering
- Software language skill (C language/C++ language/Assembly programming)
- Embedded System Knowledge
- Familiar with the software developing process and software test method
- Preferred industry: automotive, Also: consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills

As a manager of customer project, the SW PCM works on customer specific requirements, SW development/integration/test and series program versions release.
