    JOB PURPOSE

    Daily floor supervision of sales team ensuring great customer experiences and thereby driving sales goal attainment and providing real-time performance coaching to drive the overall Burberry Experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    通过适当的员工管理、店铺内务管理、库存管理以及顺畅的零售运作确保为客人提供高标准的服务

    通过指点和培训带领销售人员为客人提供最佳服务

    具有较强责任感更好地支持店长工作

    一如既往地为客人提供高标准的服务

    个人形象符合品牌标准和公司着装要求

    了解客户并选择适合客人的销售方式来开展销售。具备良好的产品知识、客服反对意见以及提供适当的附加项目(与销售相关的)

    收集客户资料并建立客史资料库

    有效处理电话预订、问讯以及店内各种促销活动

    知晓如何处理客人投诉的程序

    知晓店铺销售目标,并努力达成品类及店铺销售目标

    补充商品以确保店适当的店铺运作

    参与店铺盘点并确保店铺货品数量准确

    确保所有的货品都有正确的标签和说明

    协助店铺货物送递(如有要求)

    知晓并有效地执行销售所有流程,比如:退款、换货、增值税、客人投诉、备用金 (现金、信用卡授权、订金)等

    知晓并有效地运用所有店铺管理系统,完成与店铺预订以及货物调动的所有文书工作

    知晓并执行公司关于员工内部购买程序

    知晓并遵守店铺有关健康与安全的程序并参加健康与安全、损失预防的培训(如有要求)

    积极参与员工培训和店内会议

    保证店铺日常的清洁

    完成店长或管理层分配的其他任务

    PERSONAL PROFILE

    高中以上学历

    丰富的产品知识,卓越的销售技巧,人员管理和服务

    良好的沟通能力

    积极主动,团队合作

    有一定的抗压能力

    3年或以上零售经验。具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳
