- In charge of China Hub's and operating companies' transactions, accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with company policies, appropriate IFRS & PRC GAAP standards, regulatory requirements, and ensuring consistent financial reporting, accurate reporting of asset values.
- Establish an effective communication mechanism with operating companies, provide supporting and financial advice, manage the budget / forecast process for operating companies.
- Oversee and provide support for the preparation of monthly/semi-annual financial statements, management reports and tax filling.
- Conduct finance operations and providing staff daily finance assistance and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of monthly financial and management reporting communication.
- Support the implementation of internal control procedures and coordinate audits and in charge of tax related issues, make sure compliance with tax laws & regulations and ICC requirements.
- Make sure Balance Sheet and GL reconciliations are completed and reflected the changes of the business in a timely manner.
- Optimize financial process setup & management, assist relevant financial process and system localization/ improvement.
- Check all month end closing activities including GL maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/ overhead cost (shared costs) allocation.
- Support the plan of job rotation and propose improvement suggestions for team management and development, bringing the plan to an implementable level.
- Implement tool development and project support, i.e. cash pooling, EPM of Tagetic, etc.
- Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or above, finance or economics major
- 5-7 years' working experience in accounting, controlling, financial reporting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- PRC accounting certificate or above
