- 正确组织收、发、存流程,确保生产线的物料供应和客户的发运。负责日常仓储管理工作,包括:收发、仓储、运输、产线配送以及5S 管理;物料的收发管控,库存监控,确保账实相符;仓库呆滞料的定期处理;第三方物流供应商的日常管理,确保高效运作。
- 定期组织实物盘点,保证仓库帐物一致(含外库)。
- 客户投诉和审核管理。外部审核的准备,审核问题项的整改和跟踪反馈;内部审核计划制定,落实和问题跟踪;处理客户投诉,整改措施执行和跟踪反馈。
- 流程优化与改进仓库作业流程标准化的制定、建立及更新;仓库目视化改进、效率改进项目的策划和实施;SAP参数设置维护;指导并检查包装PFEP创建和维护;新项目新产品的包装规范要求;控制包装等辅料成本及编制年度包装辅料成本预算和持续改进。
- 仓库人员和团队管理员工岗位和工作内容安排、技能评估和培训;员工绩效考评并定期回顾,以确保员工良好的绩效表现;仓库人员的补充招聘,人员带教。
- 五年及以上制造行业物流仓储相关工作经验,其中三年以上仓储物流主管相关工作经验
- 有强外资汽车公司工作经验者尤佳;
- 本科及以上学历,管理、工科背景为佳;
- 具备SAP 操作系统 PP、MM、WMS 模块的应用经验;
- 能接受出差。
