- 借助行内各种渠道进行新客户开发,参与行内外组织的客户推介活动,积累客户资源;
- 为支行现有客户提供客户服务和维护,满足客户在个人理财,日常咨询方面的需求,增加客户在我行的资产占比和业务种类,以达到银行预期的业务和服务目标;
- 发展成为银行的丰盛理财经理储备人才。
- 审计和合规控制
- 通过积极参与市场营销活动,开展客户介绍客户等模式,新增我行丰盛理财客户。
- 深化客户关系,增加客户在我行管理资产。
- 为客户开立帐户,提供帐户管理及财富管理服务,完成申请和相关文档。处理客户在分支机构和通过电话做出的查询。
- 了解最新的产品/市场知识和财务需求分析/规划技能,在与客户交流时展现出高水平的专业能力。不断扩大自身销售资源和客户份额,建立客户获取渠道。
- 通过审慎的财务需求分析/规划确认现有/预期客户的财务需求,推销已获得该城市监管主体许可的存款和理财产品,并将产品及其可能存在的各种风险介绍给客户。
- 参加各种销售和推广活动(例如实地推广、公司推销活动、路演等),以扩展客户基础和业务网络,在该城市推广银行的形象/品牌。
- 向丰盛理财中心经理反映客户反馈和竞争情况并提出建议。
- 完成银行下达的各项销售任务,达到销售目标。
- 按照银行要求的服务标准为客户提供最优质的服务;处理和跟进客户的要求和查询,以确保客户满意度。
- 本科以上学历
- 财务类或保险类背景优先
- 银行或财务机构实习经历
- 对外资银行工作抱有热忱
- 至少2年销售工作经验
- 拥有一定的客户开发经验
- 具备银行有关产品和服务知识
- 持有证券从业资格,保险从业资格等认证
- 熟悉金融市场运作知识, 对宏微观金融环境有一定的认知和个人见解
- 能够驾驭多个优先事务,保持敏锐的关注和精力水平,管理时间,以获得积极的成果。
