- 负责电动滑板车研发阶段的质量管理包括制定测试标准,研发评审以及可靠性相关的测试
- 负责研发设计端早期的失效分析(DFMEA) 的问题点跟进并进行整改
- 执行外部关键供应商审核和验证系统, 对过程进行质量评估并准备性能报告
- 为机电设计提供支持,并解决所有制造问题并确保过程改进
- 对各种团队进行质量程序培训,并定制培训方案
- 负责电动滑板车质量基础数据的收集和统计, 并分析问题及制定改良对策
- 本科及以上学历,机电工程及相关专业,电子工程背景优先
- 3年以上研发质量工作经验;并掌握相关的失效分析手法
- 熟悉产品的工艺、制程、设备、测试方法等;熟悉Quality的工具,持有Six Sigma黑带者优先
- 个性稳重,思维缜密、条理清晰,良好的管理能力和沟通协调能力
- 英文书写和口语的能力为优:能够和其他部⻔同时进行正常的英文沟通,有外企工作经验或者国外留学经验为佳
- 具有电动车相关领域机电设计研发经验,对智能出行业有浓厚的兴趣为佳
