描述
工作职责:
1. 负责合作方平台运营管理。根据不同平台的业务模式和特点,利用互联网或移动互联网的方法,设计业务合作模式,制定合作方案及合作协议,达成业绩目标。
2. 协助拓展新的业务合作伙伴,寻找新的业务机会,包括不限于拓展各类基于互联网、移动互联网等第三方平台渠道开展保险营销合作,建立深度合作关系。
3. 管控销售品质,确保合作平台的销售过程合规性,提升业务品质,合规经营。
4. 负责市场产品调研,协助提出新产品开发需求及营销策略,对渠道销售的产品以及目标市场建设进行相应的规划。
5. 日常业务数据统计整理,及时监测销售情况。
6. 协助搭建业务分析数据模型,建立业务数据指标体系,通过数据从不同维度全面描述业务状况,并能够及时发现与定位业务问题。
任职资格:
1. 全日制本科及以上,专业不限。
2. 四年及以上保险或互联网工作经验,至少1年业务或商务合作开拓经验。
3. 能承受较大的工作压力,能适应较快的工作节奏,能吃苦耐劳。
4. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力及交际能力,有一定的创新思维及应变能力,具备组织协调和独立商务谈判能力。
5. 熟练掌握常用办公软件。
